Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, childcare, or related fields and possess a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Support individuals with mobility assistance and transfers

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in senior care, childcare, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of assisted living and nursing home procedures
- Ability to provide direct support with empathy and patience
- Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively
